Joseph E. Jung is a DC- and Philadelphia-based Business attorney who has built a strong reputation for being insightful, approachable, and deeply committed to his clients’ best interests. He represents businesses and entrepreneurs in matters ranging from complex commercial disputes to corporate governance and cross-border transactions.

Before establishing his private practice, Joseph gained valuable corporate experience working with business clients in Washington, DC, where he advised on regulatory compliance, commercial transactions, and risk management strategies. He later extended his corporate practice by serving for several years as counsel to MasterImage 3D, a Korea-based technology company, working closely with executives on international business operations, contracts, and cross-border legal issues. Joseph’s strong academic foundation includes a B.S. in Political Science from Arizona State University, graduate studies in Public Management at the University of Arizona focusing on public policy implementation and labor relations, and a Juris Doctor from Detroit College of Law at Michigan State University.
